  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Liv'sSales. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day
   return policy.

  Eligibility
  Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the
  same condition you received them.

  How to Request a Return
  To start a return, please contact us at support@livssales.com with your order number and reason for the return. We
  will provide you with return instructions.

  Refunds
  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If
  approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  Shipping Costs
  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  Damaged or Defective Items
  If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@livssales.com within 7 days of delivery with
  photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

  Exchanges
  We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item and place a new order.
